Step 2. At the top of cellular settings screen, you have the option to block all cellular data activity and limit data activity to WiFi only.

Step 3. At the bottom of the cellular settings screen, you will see a section called “USE CELLULAR DATA FOR”. This is the section where you can view the amount of cellular data used by each specific app and decide whether to block that app from using cellular data. An app must use cellular data at least once before it will appear in this list as an app that you can block from cellular data. Sliding the switch next to the app will block that app from cellular data.
